# Olatti

> Olatti is the business phone for UK teams, without the overhead. It gives a team a
> real UK phone number with keyboard-enabled calling - summon it from any app, type
> or say a name, press enter to call. Call recording is included on every plan;
> transcription and summaries are included on Plus and Unlimited. Olatti is built by We UC Ltd, a
> bootstrapped UK telecoms team in Southampton with fifteen years in the category,
> and runs on its own UK infrastructure. Monthly plans start at £6 per user per month, ex VAT.
> Currently UK-only. Teams can set themselves up online, creating an account and calling
> from a new UK number in under five minutes with a 7-day free trial and no card, or book
> a demo and have Olatti's team set the account up with them. Positioning: the business phone you'd choose, not the one

## Getting started

There are two ways to start, and customers choose. **Self-service:** sign up online, no
sales call needed, steps below. **With help:** book a demo at https://olatti.com/demo and
Olatti's team sets the account up with you.

Self-service signup:

1. Create an account at https://app.olatti.com/signup with an email address, or with
   Google or Microsoft. Confirm the email with a code, add a few business details and
   confirm a mobile number by SMS.
2. Olatti assigns a new UK phone number during signup. It is live straight away for
   incoming and outgoing calls. Customers do not pick the number at signup; an existing
   number can be ported in afterwards (see Number porting below).
3. Choose a plan and start the 7-day free trial. No card is needed.
4. Invite colleagues during signup or later. Billing for a colleague starts only when
   they accept the invite.
5. Make calls from the web app in a browser, the Mac and Windows desktop apps, or the
   iPhone and Android apps.

Most people finish signup and are ready to call in under five minutes. Anyone who prefers
to talk it through first can book a demo instead.

## Who it is for

UK small and mid-sized businesses, from a five-person firm to a 250-seat one: for
example accountants, estate agents, design studios, agencies and clinics. Teams that want
a business phone number, calling, messaging, call recording and transcription in one
product they can set up themselves, without a procurement process or an installer.
