Everything in one place.

Hi Emily, just wanted to update you on the order status. We ran into a minor delay with one of our suppliers, but we’re expecting the shipment on its way by Friday.

Also, forgot to say, we’re still aiming to ship the order to the customer by Tuesday morning, supplier permitting. 11:57
Let me know if that still works for the customer! 11:57
Perfect, I’ll call and let them know now 11:59

A real chat, built in

Every voice note, recording, video and file stays in the one thread - so nothing’s scattered across half a dozen apps.

Turn missed calls into business

See every missed call, who’s been called back, and set each one’s status - so nothing slips.

Never lose the detail of a call

Every call is recorded and transcribed automatically, so the exact detail is always a search away.

Shared contacts

One address book the whole team keeps in sync.

Reach anyone, by voice.

The call happens in the time it takes to say their name - no dialler, no hunting for the number, no app to find.

Accountants, estate agents, design studios, agencies, clinics. Made for your business, not an enterprise call centre.

Reaching someone should take one thought, not five apps.

From wherever you're working to a live conversation, without breaking your focus.

A double-tap
From any app, without losing your place.
Say who you want
Say a name and Olatti finds them, or just type it.
You're talking
Connected before you've finished the thought. If they can't pick up, Olatti lets them know you tried.

Prefer the keyboard? Kopens the calls bar from wherever you are - and if you’d rather use the mouse, that’s completely fine. The shortcuts are optional.

Most teams didn't choose their comms tool. It was assigned to them.

It was already there on the first day. IT set it up, the licence came with everything else, and you've lived in it ever since, whether it fits the way you work or not. Nobody picked it. Nobody would miss it.

That's most business software now: built without taste, by a company with a hundred other products and no particular love for any of them. It works. It's just joyless. And you can feel the difference between a tool someone cared about and a tool someone just assigned you.

We think the thing you reach for fifty times a day should be one you'd choose on purpose. So that's what we're building. And the joyless, assigned kind of tool is the one thing we refuse to become.

We want to build the tool you'd choose, not the one IT assigned you.

From the field

Teams that stopped settling.

We'd basically given up on having a business phone - everything ran through WhatsApp and our mobiles. Olatti gave us a proper number back without the clunk. Now every client conversation sits in one place and nothing slips.

My hands never leave the keyboard. Double-tap, type a name, and I'm on the call before I'd even have found the number in our old setup. It's the first phone tool that keeps up with how we actually work.
Johnathan RicemanManaging Director, Endeavour Recruitment Ltd
It feels like it was made by people who care, which I can't say about anything else we've used. And we've stopped losing callbacks - Olatti flags the missed call and we ring back the same day.
