About Olatti
Communication should get out of your way.
We're a small UK team rebuilding the business phone with the care it never had. This is what we believe, and why we're building it.
The most expensive conversations are the ones that never happen.
It isn't the call that goes badly. It's the message you didn't send because it felt like too much effort. The call you didn't make because you'd have to find the number, find the app, find the moment. The decision that drifted because no one wanted to start the thread.
Five steps to message a colleague today: find them, find the right app, switch to it, find the conversation, type. Each step is a chance to get derailed, and most days at least one does. It won't show up in any feature comparison. That's exactly where the cost lives.
A tool is only as good as the mindset behind it.
We, not us and them.
A business runs better when the people inside it see themselves as part of the same thing. We mean that literally, not as a slogan - the owner included, everyone included. Communication compounds when a team operates with shared intent, and stalls when it doesn't.
Craft you can feel.
The right operator can tell software that was made carefully from software that was assembled. The keyboard shortcut that does the right thing. The spacing on the call window. The popup that isn't there. That feeling isn't an accident - it's the residue of attention to detail.
Remove, don't add.
Communication tools have spent twenty years adding ways to communicate and no time removing the hesitation before you reach out. We're doing the opposite. Less surface, less hesitation, less in your way.
Olatti is led by Axel Molist. He spent fifteen years in telecoms and bootstrapped circle.cloud from a spare bedroom to a company of over a hundred people, with no outside investment. Second-time founder, still building, still learning. Olatti is the product he wished he'd had: the fastest way to reach someone, made with the care those tools never had.
The category is full of beige enterprise software shouting beige enterprise things. We'd rather be impossible to ignore - quiet in the product, and anything but quiet about it.

If a business is full of people who care about their work, and the tool stops getting in the way of them talking to each other, the work compounds. That's the bet we're making.
