Olatti, the business phone for UK teams, is listed in Claude's Connectors Directory. The listing lets a user connect Olatti to Claude through Olatti's own MCP server, at mcp.olatti.com/mcp.
Connecting is optional and done by the user through a consent screen. Once connected, Claude or ChatGPT can read the user's devices, contacts, call records, call summaries and transcripts, and chats, and can place a call from one of the user's devices when explicitly asked. Everything except placing calls is read-only. The assistant sees only what that user can see in Olatti.
The connection works on every plan. Transcripts and summaries need the Plus or Unlimited plan. Olatti does not sell MCP data or use it to train AI models.
